Our courses are designed to deliver an impact on Day 1 - as soon as you learn a new concept or skill. Your results come at some point in the future, from a combination of 1) what you learned; 2) how you apply it; and 3) the behavior of others, including organizations.
You have direct control over 1) and 2). The goal is that you begin to see, think, and behave differently on Day 1, which will give you more influence over 3) and in doing so, accelerate your results.
The course was created as an alternative way to learn the concepts covered in my Path2Promotion Executive Coaching program. By offering an online course, we are able to share the content with clients for whom private coaching was not a good fit. It also allows clients to take the course at their own pace and access course materials and resources anytime, anywhere. Finally, the price of the course is not meant to compete with other online courses, but rather reflects the unique value of the content.
We do our best to earn your trust before you purchase a service or online product. For any given topic, my course and coaching both cover the same foundational concepts.
The big difference, which may be obvious, but is worth explicitly stating, is that coaching allows you to ask questions and receive more customized feedback.
If you want to learn a topic I offer, but are 50/50 between online learning and coaching, in most cases I recommend you try the course first and then decide if you want to pursue coaching. It's faster, more cost-effective, and may be all you need!
