The "Gift certificate instructions.pdf" provides instructions on how to notify your recipient, including an email template you can use to craft your message.

The "Unlock Your Executive Presence training materials.pdf" is used for the coaching. You may attach it to the email you send or if you prefer, we will send it once your recipient contacts us to set up their session. Feel free to keep a copy for your own benefit as a thank you from us.

To deliver the gift certificate please email the recipient to let them know you have purchased coaching for them. You can use the email template provided in the download "Gift certificate instruction.pdf" to explain what the coaching entails and next steps. Once they reach out to us, we will set up a time to deliver the coaching.

Yes, the gift certificate expires three (3) months from the date of purchase. This means the coaching session must be held within three (3) months of the date you purchased the gift certificate. The training materials are yours to keep indefinitely.

If there is a scheduling issue and the recipient contacts me before the gift certificate expires, I may grant a reasonable extension - subject to my sole discretion.

It's EZPZ. All they need to do is email me at joe@connectioncounselor.com to set up a convenient time to hold our session. You can email me there too if you have any questions about redemption or anything else.

Absolutely! Sometimes the best gift is the gift you give yourself. We also provide coaching packages based on the individual needs of the client which you can ask us about at any time, but only if you feel it would be helpful.
